Hi, I’m Rita, a real estate expert with a background in law and a passion for finding the best investment opportunities in Portugal. My journey started in 2018 with buying and renovating apartments for rental, ensuring returns between 7% and 10%. That first step quickly became a full-time obsession—spotting hidden gems, negotiating great deals, and turning properties into high-value assets.
What began as a personal investment soon expanded into managing family funds and identifying opportunities that required quick action and smart renovations. In early 2023, I took my expertise to Square View – Property Development Capital, a top-tier real estate developer in Lisbon, where I worked as a project manager on large-scale residential and hotel developments in prime locations. Handling investments worth hundreds of millions gave me deep insight into high-end real estate, professional project management, and the nuances of the luxury market.

Now, I focus on helping international buyers navigate Portugal’s property market with confidence. Whether it’s securing the perfect home or an investment with strong returns, I make the process smooth, strategic, and stress-free. I believe in straight talk, smart decisions, and making sure every deal is truly worth it.

You can find me… playing with my two kids on Guincho Beach in Cascais or reading them a book at home.

What I enjoy most on my own… writing poems, getting lost in a great book and doing yoga.

What I love most about my job… the mix of strategy, creativity, and problem-solving. I get to search the market, visit properties, analyze opportunities, and truly understand what makes a space special. I love handling law, contracts, buyers’ wishes, and vision, using my architectural eye and experience to shape the perfect investment. Managing renovations, taking care of small details, and thinking ahead to anticipate needs is what makes the process both exciting and rewarding.
